The highly skilled staff at Phoebe House work as a team to support residents and children.

The team is headed by our Manager, Kate Dodd, a qualified social worker with numerous years’ experience in managing a social work department at an alternate rehabilitation program. In her current role at Phoebe House she has redesigned and significantly improved the Phoebe House program.

The remaining team consists of:

An Operations Coordinator who manages majority of the team, while ensuring the daily functioning of Phoebe House runs smoothly,

Two Early Childhood Educators who are responsible for the caregiving of the children and improving awareness of parenting,

A Counsellor who supports in the Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment,

A Resident and Family Support Worker who is responsible for managing the residents case plans and providing a clear line of communication with our resident’s families,

And three Alcohol and Other Drug Support Workers who provide ongoing, overnight and weekend support for our women and children, ensuring the skills learnt through the week are implemented in everyday life.
